The b&b is situated in the centre of Susa Valley, overlooking the Rocciamelone mountain, on a Colle delle Finestre trip, 3 minutes from Susa city and all services, in an old typical house made of stone of the end of ‘700, in a silent and sunny position. A good startpoint for bike and moto trips, naturalistic, cultural and eno-gastronomic journey in the Olympic Mountains, fortresses and abbeys trips.at 30 minutes by car Rivoli Castle with its museis, the "Reggia di Venaria" with the Mandria Park, and at last but not at least Turin. Sport and relax all the year.
Here you can relax and enjoy silence of Nature; you can relive the deeds of the past along the cultural runs of the valley, from the Sacra of San Michele to the Exilles Fortress, from the Bramafam Fortress to the Novalesa Abbey, from the ecomuseis of Salbertrand and Moncenisio to the fairs of country; or venture you in the endless possibilities of sport and fun that the Susa Valley can offer you: beautiful foot-walking and horse-walking along the paths, up to the shelters of the Orsiera-Rocciavrè Natural Park, to the lakes, to the Colle delle Finestre pass, to the Gran Bosco of Salbertrand Natural Park, to the Avgliana Lakes Park; itineraries of various difficulty for the lovers of the mountain bike (cross-country, free-ride, down-hill), climbing along the whole valley, rafting and canyoning among the Dora Riparia river, sled-dog to the neighbour Moncenisio pass, and for the impassioned ones of the off-road numerous military roads from here to France.
And still golf course, spa and thermal fittings, swimming pools opened and covered, schools of Nordic walking, and so much other.
And in winter a district of 400 km of ski slopes of the Via Lattea skirama, numerous runs of cross-country skis, mountain climbing and fund-muntaineering rings in the High Valley between “grange” and woods, in 20 minutes from home, and the chair lift of the Pian del Frais in 10 minutes.

You can have the plentiful breakfasts in the old kitchen of the house, made up with local products (also for particular requests) and jam and cakes hand-made.
The room is open in the afternoon if you need to relax, reading or listen to music, or also to have some fun with us.
